PROGNOSTIC PARAMETERS AND RISKS OF STUDY OVERLOAD IN ADOLESCENT STUDENTS

The paper presents the results of an empirical study on overload in adolescent students. theoretical and methodological grounding is given. objective relevance problem for modern system general education shown. nature manifestations educational process were studied through cause-effect relations. Psychodiagnostic data was subjected to mathematical statistical processing (correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis), classified, summarized, interpreted. obtained allowed us understand prognosis risks formation psychological well-being adolescence. conclusion given that caused not at expense students’ main load but as a result attending additional types classes. concluded one five students have significant, often maximum, pronounced excess load. Moreover, four experience presence moderate overload. To prevent overload, we state should focus only normative regulation certain activities also subjective state. Recommendations possible directions preventive work with prevention are outlined.
